As far as I am aware, Bryan is not currently servicing regs. Many of us can service a Phoenix/HPR (I just rebuilt two of mine and they breathe scary-easy.
) However, seeing as we are all mainly self-taught I doubt anyone wants to take on the liability. Just before Covid hit I showed a dive club how to tear down and rebuild a Royal AquaMaster during one of their meetings. They were amazed how easy it was when you take all the mystery out of the process. Maybe buy a service kit at VDH and have a go at it?
VDH does have the following notice posted so it looks like Jerrie may be able to do it
