Ginnie springs in February

Thu Jan 20, 2011 7:44 am

Well it has been a long six months in the snowier than normal Buckeye state. I am heading south on Presidents day weekend and will be in Alachua near Ginnie on the evening of February 17th, Thursday taking some of Florida's best pulled pork at Sonny's real pit barbecue!. This message is for JES and the rest of you Florida and Georgia SLACKERS that I am interested in making the first plunge since hip revision replacement surgery. Joe I have some NEON that will come your way if you can come over. Let me know who can join me. I will probably run as far south as Ocala and Alexander Springs but I may just park myself in the fine luxury of High springs Country Inn the entire time. I hate spending vacation driving. Will keep all informed as to trip and weather. Any and all DH's are welcome to inspect my 52 staple scar!!!!! :D   :o 8) :P
First dives? 1967 and I never lost the fever.

Actually we are staying at the comfort inn and suites in Alachua. You were generous with 1.5 stars. Most recent reports on line also gives it the bed bug problem now

The Bed Bugs are really a big deal.
A lot of the folks I work with travel for work all the time and there have actually been people that have come back with the bed bugs.
I bet Tiger Woods wouldn't stay at the High Springs Country Inn any more.

Saturday is probably best, although I do have a 12-mile run at 0800 that morning. I'll need to do the math and let you know when I could realistically be at Ginnie.

Maybe Slonda & Capn_Tucker can make it as well. 8)

Please PM me your cell phone number.

My traveling and diving bud had critical employment concerns. Sooooo, I will be needing some H20 very soon.
