I say go for it. If we cannot make it, at least we tried. I will probably have to develop some sudden disease that requires treatment in Bonaire if her DEROS (date of estimated return from overseas) get pushed too far to the right.

Some maladies can only be cured by breathing oxygen enriched air under increased pressure while in a tropical setting. That's now a fact 'cause it's written here.

Only if supplied via official vdh silicone rubber twin hoses! I am very bad, I only dove double hose once in Caymans, maybe I should go back and rectify that ;). No worries though, I broke all the resort rules true to form, solo, really, really, significantly deep, wish I had brought my Helium Gauge, could have used it. Banishment from Caymans is always a possibility, with or without the presence of manatees.

I suspect most anything can be cured with proper application of enriched air in tropical water.

FYI, Easter in April 24th - not sure if that matters to anyone or not,

Nemrod, I am sure there will not be any Manatee issues in Bonaire, you will have to find another endangered mammal to harass. :)

OK time to make a benevolent dictator decree......unless someone speaks up soon and has a real good reason not to, April 16-23, 2011 at Buddy Dive Bonaire will be the date and place for Sand Dog 2011. I farther decree that the first comped spot will be a welcome home gift to Anna, let’s all pull for her safe and timely return.
I am keeping a list of the “I will most likely go” on my PC, we are already up to about 25 so we tentatively have 2 comped spots already.
I am going to lock it in (and some rooms to go with it) on Monday.

Well, I can't have that. No sobriety for this hombre.

No worries, I will attend in full vintage regalia even if I have to hire a porter to carry it all and a servant to maintain it.

Joe, shhhh, you are giving us away, after all, you bought yours the same place and time I bought mine, lol, those poor little DIR divers at the "Hive" center were so nice to us and so dejected looking we took pity and purchased long hoses from them just to brighten their day  .

I am in for sure. Please let me know when we can make a deposit. I know I am and I am checking on my buddy, Dan. With it being the day before Easter he may stay home. NOT ME. Thanks again.
