Late model Solid Bar Manifold

I have a military solid bar twin manifold that is leaking, both at the valve stem and at the J-valve, both are plastic nobs. Are these the same parts as the j-60's or are they different inside? :(

Check the VDH store, there are valve parts. Most of the bar manifold parts are the same as the K valve parts. I think the open/close seat is different. The manual lists the part numbers. I find the seat usually doesn't require replacement.

I have 2 leaking solid bar manifolds.
Bubbles coming from the handwheel and the reserve lever.

Some help with O-ring sizes.
From the manual = O-ring my guess from O-ring chart
Key 6 - Part# 957007 = O-ring R015
8 - 820010 = O-ring R010
20 - 821014 = O-ring R016

Are these available or a substitute
Key 7 - part# 828510 back-up ring
9 - 921019 thrust washer
19 - 821014 gasket

Thanks
Scott

In most cases all you need to do is clean up the parts and replace the O ring unless you find something else damaged. -10 O ring for the stems and -16 for the bonnet. All the O rings are standard sizes that can be matched up at any O ring supply store.
Don't bother removing the plug on the non J end, it there because it was necessary as part of manufacturing the manifold, it is not a an SPG connection place.
Those listed as gaskets are just thin nylon washers to reduce friction, they seal nothing. Unless damaged the back up rings can be reused.
If you you have an issue with parts let me know. I have some parts but not all parts but I may have what you need.

Thanks Captain

This is a project while the tanks are hydroed.
Should I use 70 or 90 hardness O-rings?

Thanks
Scott

Probably either will suffice. I usually use what ever is conveniently available.

O-rings came this morning.
Replaced o-rings in both manifolds and no leaks.
Thanks for the help.
