How long did you let your tanks cure before putting the bands on and did they scuff when adjusting their position or tightening them down?

- Cured a week or so. The paint is not as durable as zinc plating... It just behaves the same galvanically for anti-corrosion purposes. Touch-ups are easy and invisible when dry. I've found that rubbing against carpet burnishes the surface a little... Gives the finish some character.
