That list is at least a year out of date.
H791 in Hawaii is Kona Hydrostatic Testing.

That is a direct link to the DOT/Phmsa website. It's not a dated document. It should be as current as their update frequency allows.

Not on the list but VERY BIG in Minnesota is Hydrostat, Inc. Very thorough, wholesale priced, and vintage friendly.
