With the exception of my Scubapro (77?) horse collar, my modern SEAC and the 1957 Life GARD flotation device, the following picture shows an update of current "Floaties" in the SCUBA ROOM here in Tabuk, KSA. I just wish somebody made new bladders that actually fit some of the US Diver ones. The Blue one is particularly beautiful and un-dove. but time has taken its bladder to the pits of decay. Too bad.

Bryan, This One IS For You

In your ABOUT US section on this site you said you had a Kmart mask. Well not only were they well made (in Japan), but they were probably one of the most affordable and best quality masks a kid without a bunch of money could get. I picked this "Sea Mate" NIB of the bay just because it reminded me of the one I used to have in 73 (nose neoprene equalizing pad and all}. Price on this one was originally $9.97, a real chunk of dough considering your dollar only buys 1/20th approx. nowadays of what it bought then. My first mask was a Voit in 1967 and it was without a double seal as many were back then. I liked the Kmart one a lot more.

I may have had that one, it looks familiar...my 1st was white with a set of white fins and snorkel with a red mouthpiece and a red rubber band that held it to your head...

Hi everyone. I'm very new to vintage diving and just starting out.

Just picked this stuff up Craig's List less than a week ago.

70-72 DA Aqua Master, original owner said it had never been in salt water.

Hello from the other side of Lake Michigan! Nice score on the Aquamaster! What Bryan says. Read as much as you can. Especially about how to dive these reg's. They are a different animals then the single hosers your used to. And be careful, unlike single hosers, you can't just have one. Welcome aboard!

Nice "FRESH WATER" Chrome on your reg. It will be easy to get it up to operational speed again. The Waterlung pack in that configuration should allow you to use 72s as well as modern AL 80s. I use an identical one here. Have fun Double Hosing and as Bryan said search the Forum for information. These guys know their stuff.

US Divers gave these to dealers during the issue of the golden RAM. I had the chance to buy a golden RAM when I was a US Divers dealer in 68. I recall the dealer cost was $200, when at that time we were buying Aqua Masters for less than $50 and selling them for $75.
