Everyone one that I have physically seen (blues and greens) has had 7 c-clips on it.

Steve, considering that the band clamp was an option in catalogs as early as 1956, It wouldn't surprise me to see that at least a few of the leftover models of DA Aqualung from 51-54 would have ended up with a band clamp. I know if I could've gotten one as an option, I would have. :lol:
