Smart guys. They just sold 300 3 thousand dollar watches in 24 hours. Those are going to be worth a bunch of money someday.

Here's what I use and it ran me a big whopping $155 NEW on eBay. Es ist der TAUCHMEISTER (Dive Master) PROFI COMBAT DIVER WATCH 1000M T0078. All I had to do was replace the battery. Rated for 1000 meters, I really don't think I will ever go that deep.Works great and "watch glow like Chernobyl at 40 meter" ! I also have a 600 meter rated self-winding version. This one has 75 dives under its strap for this year alone.

Russ, my watch I got in 2006 for $75 is remarkably similar looking but is only rated for a measly 500 meters. It has been with me on countless dives and I just replace the battery every two years or so. I like the fact the bezel is partially recessed so it isn't as likely to turn on you if you knock into something. What's funny is that it has is a Seiko dial. Everybody copies everybody. I'll get a Doxa some day. Mark
