US Divers had a recall on their Calypso piston regs along with White stage regulators .The seat would extrude into the piston.
Luis can correct me on the terminology if wrong.

Another reason to buy NEW seats from Bryan!! If I ever see one of these seat it will automatically go into "file 13" to wit the trash!

This question has had a lot more answers than I thought it would. Now im wondering if my lds put the newer seat in my oceanic, and if I should trust my instincts on my mk5 swivel or take it apart and use a torque wrench. But experience tells me I always cause new problems that wouldnt have existed when I second guess myself.
