DACOR Nautilus CVS System

Sun May 11, 2014 10:16 pm

I got this request from our friend Eric Souverville in France.... Eric has a large collection of gear and has done historical displays for AquaLung France in the past. He's helped me out a great deal with all things LaSpirotechnique so if you guys can help out on his quest please reply here.

Hello Bryan,

I'm looking for any informations regarding the Dacor Nautilus CVS (pics, technical manual...)

maybe you can help me or know someone who can....

Thanks for your answer

I have used them quite a bit but have no pictures or technical details I can share unfortunately. I'm sure someone here will though!

I know I have the factory manual around somewhere..... Maybe I gave it to a friend here. Will see what we can dig up.

I finally found my original manual for the Dacor Nautilus CVS. Is this still needed? I can scan it if anyone is interested.

Thank you Karl!

Here is the link to the download section that contains Dacor Service manuals. The Nautilus manual and certificate are in there.

If anyone has the LP inflator hose for the Dacor Nautilus, I need one to complete mine. I want to try it out!

I also need one of those for my Nautilus. If anyone has a second one, please keep me in mind.

Thanks

Please post a photo of the CVS inflator nipple so I can see if it's the one I am thinking of. I used to have one of the older Dacor-specific inflator hoses around here somewhere, now if I can just figure out where to look. :?:

Sorry for the false alarm...the hose I have is for an old original Scubapro inflator.

It appears to be a type of banjo fitting.....Someone call Herman, from the looks of it I don't think it would be that challenging to make one that could accept a standard BCD hose....Not that he needs something else to do

Glad I got beat to posting the manual, that would have been a lot of scanning. Thanks.
I as well need the same hose - thats why I have never tried mine even though it is otherwise complete.

Just looking at the drawing above, reproducing/replacing part #14 would not be too big of a deal. Just make it fit a modern BC hose instead of the Dacor.
