Hey guys,

SlideArts, which is the company that Bryan contracted with for helping us here @ VDH, has been doing upgrades to keep the forum running. If you see less database errors lately it's definitely them working behind the scenes. We are all working to keep VDH going for you. Just a heads up. I've been doing my best as webmaster and also as a really bad front end/back end developer too.

Thanks Ron for doing this for all of us. I for one would make a monetary donation to help keep things going. Let me know. Have a great new year. Vanny

I haven't heard anything about donations yet, but any donations will be to keep the site running. I started off as Bryan's admin when I was a broke grad school student in 2008-ish and now that I'm neither broke nor in grad school my admin work here remains gratis. :D

I seemed there was a little discussion on another site about creating a "little corner" in it to keep the information alive and also provide a place for exchanges.

It seemed to "go quiet". Does anyone know if this is still on the table?

Speaking only as a forum member and not as its admin, many people here do not like the other large scuba forum on the Internet and its collection of keyboard commandos. That place is a self licking ice cream cone.

Ron, thank you so much for perpetuating the VINTAGE site. Please provide a status update of the future of the Kraken and all remanufactured and improved double hose parts. So much time, effort and money went into the creation of new ideas and improvements to revitalize the double hose regulator. Having used a double hose regulator since 1969, I don't want to change now.

Thank You Ron.

I've got a Commodore 64 and some NOS floppies if that will help.

So I'm the IT guy man. I mean I'm a diver too, but I have nothing to do with if VDH makes or sells scuba parts. You asking me that is like asking a dentist for tire advice.

I mean I can give you some advice, but it's going to be pointless

A fantastic system for Caverns of Khafka by the way.
