NAVED Banner ?

I have a couple of vinyl banners for VDH that I put up at events and on my tent sometimes. Perhaps we should have one for NAVED and it you are going to an event with a lot of divers you could put it on your tent/windshield etc and pass out a few flyers? We could send the banner around to whomever was going to an event....USPS on a banner tube can't be more that $8-$10 dollars....

Sounds like a good idea since several people have attended some dive events lately. How much do they cost?

Just an update. I have a banner in progress. One of our members was able to get it donated for free. I have not seen it yet but fingers are crossed but in either case thank you. I will let the donators be known once the banner is in house. I think I will turn this NAVED property to Rob, NAVED S/T, for stewardship.

It is made from the high res. image same as our NAVED cards. I hope you guys like it. More when it arrives.

Looks like we can say that NAVED will have a "banner" year! Can't wait to see a picture. A good banner can only garner attention and interest in membership. Hats off to the donor.

We need to write a letter of thanks and then follow that up with a picture of the banner at the first event we actually get to use it.

Here it is and yes we need to draft a letter thanking the parties involved. More on that in a bit. There are TWO of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :shock:

I would take the pic outside but the wind is only about 70mph right now and if I did it and me would never be seen again. I will get a better pic when the wind is down.

Oh, these are double sided and look perfect for our needs.

As mentioned I plan to send one to Rob to hold since he is Sec/Treasurer and a very active member. I will keep the spare for now.
