Vintage Double Hose

Does anyone know where I can get a din adapter for a conshelf 21 regulator that is currently yolk? I looked on VDH but did not see the correct one listed (may have missed it). Thank you

It may still be available through an Aqualung dealer. I believe the part number you're looking for is 107455. You could also check with Bryan, I bought a Phoenix DAAM used off eBay it has a Conshelf yoke on it.
