usd calypso i.p. creep

i rebuilt 1st and 2nd stage adjusted i.p. at 135, i have cycled reg at least 100 times , i.p. comes back to 135 and very slowly climbs to 140, it will remain there all day if i let it, is this o.k.?

What Calyspo model are you referring to? The earliest used a diaphragm first stage, and the later versions were a balanced piston design. That said, a slow creep of 5psi, which then remains stable wouldn't bother me. Some modern regs even specify that a small amount of creep is permissible.

its calypso 4 piston i checked it again the next day and it seems stable now about 135 thanks for your input

Glad to help. I have a Calypso VI that I originally purchased around 1978. It is rebuilt, and I still make dives with it each year.
