DESCRIPTION This pressure reducer allows, with the assistance of an injector, to offer easily and regularly air in quantity sufficient, slackened automatically on the level of the lungs of the plunger. Its dorsal position ensures one maximum respiratory comfort, the membrane being with the height of bronchi. It is composed of only one stage of relaxation which transforms the high pressure into low pressure. The end Aquastop, provided with valves, prevents the water entries. The knurled nut of adjustment (111 319) demolishes itself with the hand and with a key alene of 2,5, to unscrew the screw without head 6 p.C. 5 X 15 (111 317). 4) Withdrawal of the tube (111 117) is obtained using a wrench of 10. 5) To remove the screw of clamp (117 123) and the stopper of clamp (111 362). 6) To demolish the nut of spacer (111 339) with a wrench of 26 by maintaining the body of the block HP (111 144) with a pipe wrench of 38 machined, to withdraw the clamp (111 137) and the spacer (111 332). Using a screwdriver, to remove the screw HP 3/8 (117 141) and the bug R6 -(840 163) located at the outside of the case (111 135). With a wrench of 10, to loosen approximately 5mm the nut of pipe assembled contrary to the screw HP 3/8 (117 141), to push by the outside the body of the block HP in order to it to release from its housing. The pipe HP (CU-1x3 tube chrome) will twist without disadvantage of printing a half-turn with the block HP in order to present its face planes against the bottom of the case. To unscrew completely the nut of pipe and to release the pipe HP provided with its ring R3 (111 129) and to withdraw to it flat joint (1111 327). 7) To place the body of block HP (111 143) well flat and using an interior circlip pliers (111 335), to withdraw circlips 7000 Æ 13 (111 312). The filter (111 311) is ejected by the spring (111 310) which one removes with the hand. The furnished valve (111 307) fall from itself while turning over the body of the block H.P. (111 144). The head office HP (111 305) is provided of a ring R6 (840 163) which maintains it and ensures the sealing the bottom body of block HP. To leave it, introduce by the opening of the punch (111 341) the key alene of 2,5 and to slightly push à.fond. 8) The ring YEAR1 (113 629) withdraws itself with a small screwdriver. 9) The guide of the body (111 361) is fixed hard on the body of the block HP (111 144), if necessary to withdraw it with the assistance of flat-nose pliers. 10) The end Aquastop (111 216) is removed while cutting both greenhouse cables (800 187) assembled on the spiral tubes (111 214). 11) Spiral tubes (1111 214) withdraw bootmakers while cutting the greenhouse cables (800 187). 12) To take off the body of the duck nozzle (111 360) fixed on pipe of the lid (111 194) for to withdraw. B - CLEANLINESS 13) The cleaning of the parts neoprene: spiral tube, duck nozzle and end Aquastop will make with soapy water, they could be chalked after drying. 14) has - Metal parts will be : 1 - cleaned with the plug "Jex" and puffed up or 2 - pickled by steeping in a sulphuric bath of acid and water in proportion 1/3 acid - 2/3 of water, during approximately 15 mm. Then rinsed abundantly with water fresh and dried. 3 - Lubricated only with grease with silicones (Rhodorsil) (711 139). B - The joints will be cleaned and lubricated with silicones. C - REASSEMBLY 15) Equipment of the body of block HP (111 144) has - To place ring AN1 (113 629) in the housing envisaged for this purpose under the central opening of the broadest part of the body. B - To introduce the head office HP (111 305) provided with its ring R6 (840 163) the face planes turned towards interior of the body and to plate well it at the bottom. C - To place the furnished valve (111 307), the trimming towards the seat. D - The spring (111 310) will be placed in the hollow part of the valve. E - To place the filter (111 311) and circlips 7000 Æ 13 (111 312) on the spring, with inch to insert the unit to overcome the push of the spring while tightening circlips using the grip for circlips until it takes place in the throat planned for its housing. E - The nut of spacer (111 339) comes to place itself inside the clamp (111 137), to screw the whole with the hand on the threading of the body da block HP (111 143), the sealing on the level of the case (111 135) will be done by tightening with one wrench of 26, while ensuring itself of what the guide of the body (111 361) is placed well in the hole of the spacer (111 332). To maintain it body of the block HP (111 143) with a pipe wrench of 38. F - To place the stopper (111 362) and to screw the screw of clamp (117 123) on the clamp (111 137). 17) Assembly of the support levers (111 321) and levers on the body of the block HP (111 143) has - The set screw (111 317) will be screwed home without forcing, on the milled part of the body of the block HP (111 143) using a key alene of 2,5. The adjusting nut (111 319) will fix themselves on the set screw (111 317) and will be brought in light thrust on the milled surface of the body (111 143). The lever of punch (111 343) narrowest will be engaged by its square part in the slit located at the medium of the support of the levers (111 321). The long part will be directed towards the punch (111 341), the round-off of the part curves upwards. The lever of membrane (111 345) broadest will be also engaged by its square part in slit located at the end of the support of the levers (111 321), the part long directed towards the lever of punch (111 343). the round-off of part curves towards the top. Internal higher edges of the two legs raised of the supports of the levers (111 321) are separate at coast 37,3, the extreme leg being of square, that medium is slightly tilted towards the punch (111 341). 18) Adjustment of the levers (113 343 and 113 345) has - This adjustment can fuire with or without the spiral tubes. B - Sur the pipe of inspiration of the case (111 135) A loose lead of a pipe ringed coming from the right-hand side of the Aquastop end will be fixed on pipe of inspiration and inserted of 24 mm. C - On the pipe of expiry of the lid (111 114) The loose lead of the pipe ringed coming from the left of the Aquastop end will be also fixed and inserted of 24 mm on the pipe of expiry over the part turned over duck nozzle which was stuck beforehand. To facilitate slip of the two parts out of preferable neoprene it St of to wet.
